Originally from Nova Scotia, Nicholas obtained a Bachelor of Arts with a major in philosophy and also a Juris Doctor degree from Dalhousie University. He articled with Actus Law Droit prior to joining the firm as a full-time associate following his call to the New Brunswick bar in June 2015.
Nicholas actively practices in the areas of municipal law, administrative law, product liability, personal injury, property disputes, construction law, debtor-creditor law, and commercial litigation. He also has experience with bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings and regularly acts as conflict counsel in coverage disputes.
Nicholas is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Law Society of New Brunswick, Canadian Defence Lawyers, and a board member of the Moncton Area Lawyers’ Association.
Outside of the office, Nicholas is active in the community as a board member of the Boys and Girls Club Riverview and the Rotary Club at Moncton West & Riverview.
