A fluently bilingual native of Tracadie, Enrico focuses his practice on litigation, including commercial, construction, employment and insurance litigation. He represents and advises small and medium sized enterprises and individuals regarding litigation, alternative dispute resolution, employment and risk management.

Enrico also has experience in administrative and health law matters. He acts for professional associations and has appeared before various administrative tribunals and professional bodies.  

From 2013 to 2016, Enrico sat as a tribunal member on the Financial and Consumer Services Tribunal, an independent adjudicative body that exercises powers imposed on it by New Brunswick financial and consumer services legislation that regulates various sectors, namely securities, insurance, pensions, credit unions, caisses populaires, trust and loan companies, co-operatives, and a wide range of other consumer legislation.  Enrico also sits on the Board of Trustees for the National Arts Centre located in Ottawa.

A dedicated community volunteer, he is a past chair (2012-2014) of the Moncton Boys and Girls Club’s board of directors. He joined the board in 2005 and served in a number of capacities before becoming the acting chair of the board.

Enrico is passionate about fly fishing, especially on the Miramichi and Restigouche Rivers and in the Matapédia Valley. He also loves vintage motorcycles.  

He lives in Moncton with his wife and son.
